We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11403660 with our registered office at Fountain House - 8th Floor, 2 Queens Walk, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG1 7QF. Our VAT number is 323 3856 09. We provide a service to measure and manage energy consumption using devices connected to electrical energy sources and the internet.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. Where appropriate and possible, we shall endeavour to notify visitors to our site that the terms and conditions have been revised but cannot undertake to do so each time. Please check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes we make, as they are binding on you with immediate effect.

In order to access and make use of the application made available via our site or web portal, you or someone who has authorised you to use the applications will need to have subscribed to our service (details of which can be viewed on our site or by contacting info@measurable.energy).
Use of the applications and web portal is subject to the terms of a master service agreement with the subscriber to the services as well as to the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy if you access our applications, website or web portal.

If you choose, or you are provided with a password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures to access any part of our site and web portal or our services (including the applications on our site), you must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party.
